DescriptionHandwritten letter addressed to 'Dear Albert' from 'Father'. Writer tells Cpl. Willmott that he has received his letter and theprogramme for the concert he took part in. The writer encourages Cpl. Willmott to keep up the music and that he would like to hear news of his next concert. The writer tells Cpl. Willmott that they have not had a letter from [?] Hopkins and that he thinks Cpl. Willmott should get his cigarettes regularly from now on. He also tells Cpl. Willmott that his family write to him nearly every week and that his Aunt Polly is paying for Cpl. Willmott's next lot of cigarettes so he should write to thank her. The writer also gives Cpl. Willmott the address of a Mr. Dixon of the Committee of the Lancashire Comfort Fund, 196 Deansgate, Manchester, so that he can write to him personally. Envelope is attached.
