Under "statement of lands" heading is recorded the situation of the lease or conveyance and number, name of original holder, name of last life and date of expiration, area as per leasing book in Lancashire measure (acres, rods, perches), reserved rent, tithe payable and remarks. Under "statement shewing disposal" heading is recorded the number on the state plan, the name of tenant and nature of holding, area in statutory measure, area in Lancashire measure, amount of rent now payable, date first payment due and remarks. |
