In the index the numeral and letter preceding the Tenant's name refer to the Number of the Holding and the Sheet of Plans or Reference on which it will be found, e.g.: 8j Edwin Eastwood, means that this holding is no. 8 on sheet J; and 7K Thomas Huges is no.7 on sheet K and so on".
